Just a bit of a teaser for you guys. This week I took the trip down to Melbourne to shoot a wedding for Nick & Jess. It has to be one of the greatest weddings I have shot to date because the ceremony, the photo shoot and the reception were all at the same location, but what a location! Situated in Sorrento at the very base of Port Philip Bay, the area was absolutely stunning.

I cannot wait to show you guys the rest of these photos, but for now I will leave you with just one.

It was such a perfect afternoon that I had to go find a high spot to get a shot of the sunset. I'm incredibly happy with my new 5D Mark I, the jump in image quality from my 40D is amazing. Even for an older camera. I can't wait to get some proper use out of it.

A couple of months back I shot two weddings with Matthew Breen where I used a 5D Mark I across both days. The photos that resulted are pretty amazing and despite my constant leaning towards getting a 1D camera body I can't help but want the full frame and the beautiful images that comes from these cameras. I'm buying a new telephoto lens in the coming months so after that I will see what I end up with :) Here are my photos from Mitch & Kelly's wedding.

I have been very buys the last few months with my magazine; Excitement! Car Magazine. Something I have been very eager to do for a while has been product photography, and just this week I purchased a brand new clutch and flywheel setup for my Corolla so I decided to take some studio shots of them for the magazine.

Street scene at Surfers Paradise. 

I have just come back from a night of street photography out in Surfers Paradise and had a blast, got some awesome shots but for now here is what is probably my favorite from the night. 

The Melbourne Cup was on this week, yesterday in fact. So I felt it would be a good idea to head up to the Gold Coast Turf club to check out some of the fashion as well as the racing.

Tyler and Sarah's Engagement

Yesterday afternoon I took some photos of Tyler and Sarah at their engagement party. These two are such an amazing couple to work with and I cannot wait to head out again with them for some photos!

I took this photo recently for a photographic investigation I'm doing on alcohol for Uni. I found it quite interesting though that even though I didn't need to edit it right now, I still wanted to see how the final product would look. It's amazing what the evening sky can do for even the most dull subject.
